How to Disinfect your House and keep it virus free?
Clean & Disinfect
Home disinfection is a serious concern in this current scenario. It takes lots of efforts and right tools mixed with the right technique to remove dust, dirt and bacteria from the surfaces. Cleaning & disinfecting are two different jobs. The CDC recommends we all do both of things, even if there is nobody in your house is sick
- Cleaning is about removing pollutant from the surface.
- Disinfecting is about killing microorganism.
- Do both daily after anyone enters or leave your home.

Everyone’s house is a bit different from others, so you think accordingly about the surfaces you interact with most. For me, that includes the above, plus my digital gadgets. The most important part here is how you clean and disinfect surfaces
One can first clean than after Disinfect:
Clean the surfaces, removing any impurity and dust. You can do this by cleaning spray or use a wet cloth for wiping surfaces.
Then apply disinfectant according to the surface. The quick and easy way to do this is by using disinfecting wipes or spray.
By just adding these habits to your daily routine you can lower down the risk of infection for you and your loved ones in your house.
Government of Canada has a full list of Hard-surface disinfectants and hand sanitizers that will kill the novel coronavirus. You can easily find most of these disinfectants online if you can’t find these at your local grocery store. All of these disinfectants had a label that lists the viruses they are effective against, this is what you look out for more than any other active ingredient.
Disinfectants:
Disinfecting wipes (Clorox, Lysol, or store brand will do)
Disinfectant spray (Purell, Clorox, Lysol, all make sprays that will work)
Isopropyl alcohol (also here)
Hydrogen peroxide
